Allergies (Hay-fever)

Alongside avoiding exposure to the allergen when possible, you can also build natural defenses and ease the symptoms with herbs.

You can eat mineral rich herbs such as violet greens, dandelion greens and roots, and burdock roots. Later in the season eat alfalfa, plantain greens, red clover and rose hips.

To ease symptoms: use mullein, peppermint, white pine needles, and/or plantain leaf.
